Do you remember what
P.C. stands for? Buzzzzzz! No, it's not politically correct. Back
in the old days when computers filled whole floors and glowed green
text into the thick glasses of the nerds who ran them, the P.C.
revolutionized the way business is done with the concept of Personal
Computing. Imagine, a computer that could be run the way the user
wanted it to be run.
Then, something happened.
Bill Gates? Steve Jobs? IBM? Wrong again. It was the same folks
who messed it up the first time - big business.
What's personal about
voice mail? Automated switchboards at help lines? Software for the
masses, not the individual? Three page on-line forms? Gee, if you
could fill out the form, you probably wouldn't need help would you?
SOHO Personal believes
your computer can and should be YOUR computer, just as it
was meant to be. We believe service should also be PERSONAL.
What works for one person, may be completely wrong for another.
Personal solutions can't be obtained in a multiple choice quiz.
Personal solutions require personal attention. To do that, we get
to know you and your business. How you work and how you'd like to
work? We suggest better ways of doing things OR make your PC work
the way you'd like it to. We take the time to evaluate your needs
and your intents.
We don't sell software
or hardware (although we can help you obtain it) so we're not motivated
to encourage an upgrade or expensive hardware unless you really
need it. Do you? It depends. If what you have is doing the job,
probably not. If you need to do more or do it faster, we can guide
you through the process and make sure you get the right system for
your hard earned money.
If you are ready to put
the PERSONAL back into your personal computer, drop
us a line. We'd like to help. One person's computer aggravation
is our satisfaction.
